It depends.. Some people look good in shorts...other people don't..

It doesn't matter what the hell you wear. I've tested this in class rooms, in the field, on dates, at clubs. Don't worry so much about peacocking or spending hundreds on clothing, dress normal...don't make it seem like you are trying hard. I've worn ridiculous anti-commitment shirts on dates and gotten the same or if not more action than times where I wore dressy or expensive clothes.
Shorts are fine, shorts are chill...women like men that are secure about themselves...that includes legs. Their emotions are going to be triggered by how you speak, how you make them feel, not really what you are wearing...and from personal experience....they never really care.
If they say ANYTHING good or bad about what you are wearing it is an IOI
